All teams will play 3 matches; no finals

2015 – 2016 (12U – 11U)

Playing format: 9v9

Registration Fee: $875

Premier, Championship, and First Division Flights
All teams will play a minimum of 3 games
Awards given to First and Second Place teams

2012 - 2014 (15U – 13U)

Playing format: 11v11

Check in for Heartland Harvest Cup 2026 must be completed electronically via your team GotSport account. On site check in is not available.

You can submit the required documents by uploading them to your GotSport registration using the team account you registered for the event.

YOU MUST UPLOAD ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS BY:

Submitting your documents via GotSport:

Log in to your team GotSport account
Click the Harvest Cup 2026 event
Click the registration tab
Scroll down under the questions you answered during registration
Upload the required documents

Teams from within the United States MUST submit:

Copies of validated player/coach/manager passes issued by USYSA or US Club Soccer (rostered players and guest players) as they are listed on your official roster. DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS.
One copy of official stamped and validated team roster. Please cross off players who WILL NOT be attending.

Site Search will be your "single source” for hotel reservations for the Heartland Harvest Cup 2026.

As a reminder and as stated in the Manager’s Checklist and posted registration rules, all teams that are selected for participation are required to make hotel reservations for their entire team through Site Search. Reservations are required at one of the designated hotels and must be booked through the service.

Please read the hotel cancellation policy closely.

The Heartland Harvest Cup weekend is a lot more than soccer. There are many different activities for the players and adult members of the team. Feature highlights of Indianapolis are the Indy Eleven (pro soccer), NCAA Hall of Champions Museum, Indianapolis 500 Museum, Circle Center Mall, and Indianapolis Indians (AAA baseball) all of which are located within 20 minutes of Westfield.
